UCHINOKO（うちの子）は、ADHDなど家庭でのサポートが必要なお子様を抱えるご家庭向けに開発したウェブサービスです。
UCHINOKO is a support service designed for families caring for members who need additional support, such as those with ADHD. The name “UCHINOKO” means “our child” in Japanese.
応用行動分析の基本モデルであるABC分析を土台に、日々の出来事・対応・結果を簡単に記録できる仕組みを提供します。蓄積されたデータをもとに、AIが「うまくいった対応」「改善が必要な対応」を見つけ出し、お子様へのより良い関わり方のヒントを提案します。
It is based on the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) framework, especially the ABC Analysis model. By allowing families to easily record everyday situations — Antecedent, Behavior and Consequence — the AI can identify effective strategies and areas needing improvement, providing personalized caregiving suggestions.

メールアドレスでアカウントを作成します。登録が完了すると、サービスにログインできます。 Register with your email address. Once registration is complete, you can log in to the service.

「+ Add Member」ボタンから、サポートしたいお子さんの情報を登録します。本名でもニックネームでもかまいません。複数名の登録も可能です。 Use the “+ Add Member” button to register the child you want to support. A real name or a nickname is fine, and you can register more than one.

ABC分析についてAbout ABC analysis
ABC分析は、応用行動分析学という心理学・行動科学の分野に基づく考え方です。人の行動は「原因」ではなく「前後の関係」で理解できる、という行動主義心理学の知見が背景にあります。ABCとは、A＝先行条件（Antecedent：行動の直前に起きたこと）、B＝行動（Behavior）、C＝結果（Consequence：行動の直後に起きたこと）の略です。この3点を整理することで、「なぜその行動が起き、なぜ繰り返されるのか」を感情や性格ではなく、状況として冷静に捉えられるようになります。
ABC analysis is a framework based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), a field of psychology and behavioral science. Its background comes from behaviorism, which views human behavior as something understood through relationships between events rather than internal traits. ABC stands for A = Antecedent (what happens just before a behavior), B = Behavior (the observable action), and C = Consequence (what happens immediately after). Organizing behavior into these three elements helps explain why a behavior occurs and why it is repeated, in a clear and non-judgmental way.

本サービスの利用をもって、以下の条件に同意いただいたものとみなします。 By using this service, you are deemed to have agreed to the following conditions.
第1条（適用）
1. 本規約は、エクスパーク合同会社（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供するウェブサービス「UCHINOKO」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意した上で本サービスを利用するものとします。
2. 当社は、本サービスに関し、本規約のほかプライバシーポリシーやガイドライン等を定めることがあり、これらは本規約の一部を構成します。
第2条（本サービスの内容）
1. 本サービスは、ユーザーが入力した個人情報・属性情報・その他の情報（以下「ユーザー情報」）をAIが解析し、その結果に基づくフィードバックや提案等を提供します。
2. 本サービスの提供内容、機能、仕様は当社の判断により変更・追加・削除される場合があります。
第3条（個人情報の取扱い）
1. 当社は、ユーザー情報（個人情報を含む）を当社のプライバシーポリシーに従って適切に管理します。
2. 当社は、ユーザーの同意がある場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に開示・提供しません。ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。
- （1）法令に基づき開示が求められた場合
- （2）人の生命・身体または財産の保護のために必要で、本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合
- （3）本サービスの運営に必要な範囲で、機密保持契約を締結した委託先に提供する場合
3. 当社は、サービス品質の向上や研究開発のために、個人を識別できないよう匿名加工した統計データとしてユーザー情報を利用することがあります。
第4条（料金・支払・返金）
1. 本サービスの利用には、当社が定める利用料金の支払いが必要です。料金体系や支払方法は当社ウェブサイトに掲載します。
2. 支払い後、契約期間中にユーザー都合で解約があった場合、原則として返金は行いません。
3. 当社の責に帰すべき重大な瑕疵や長期のサービス停止等が発生し、当社が相当と認めた場合に限り、返金または無償での期間延長を行うことがあります。
第5条（サービスの提供停止）
1. 当社は、以下のいずれかに該当する場合、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本サービスの全部または一部を停止・中断することができます。
- （1）システムの保守、点検、アップデートを行う場合
- （2）火災、停電、天災地変その他の不可抗力により提供が困難となった場合
- （3）通信回線やサーバー等の事故によりサービスが提供できない場合
- （4）不正利用やサイバー攻撃等によりサービスの継続が困難と判断した場合
- （5）その他当社が提供の継続が困難と判断した場合
2. 当社は、前項の停止・中断に関して一切の責任を負わないものとします（ただし、当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます）。
第6条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは本サービスの利用に際し、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- （1）法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- （2）第三者の権利（著作権、肖像権、プライバシー等）を侵害する行為
- （3）虚偽の情報を入力する行為
- （4）本サービスの仕組みを逆解析・リバースエンジニアリングする行為
第7条（知的財産権）
1. 本サービスに関する著作権、商標権、ノウハウその他の知的財産権は、当社または当社に権利を許諾した第三者に帰属します。
2. ユーザーは、当社の許可なく本サービス上のコンテンツを複製、転載、改変、二次利用してはなりません。
第8条（免責事項）
1. 当社は、AIによる解析結果の正確性、有用性、特定目的への適合性等について一切の保証を行いません。解析結果は参考情報として提供されるものであり、最終的な判断はユーザーご自身の責任で行ってください。
2. ユーザーが本サービスの利用により被った損害（直接的・間接的を問わない）について、当社は当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
3. 当社は、外部APIや外部サービスの仕様変更・提供中止等に起因する損害について責任を負いません。
第9条（契約の解除）
1. ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前の通知なくサービス提供の一時停止、アカウントの停止、または利用契約の解除を行うことができます。
2. 本項に基づき契約を解除した場合でも、既に支払われた料金は返金されません。
第10条（規約の変更）
1. 当社は、必要と判断した場合には本規約を変更することができます。
2. 改定後の規約は当社ウェブサイトに掲載した時点より効力を生じます。重要な変更を行う場合は、適宜ユーザーに通知しますが、その方法は当社の裁量により決定します。
第11条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
1. 本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。
2. 本サービスに関して生じた紛争については、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。
Article 1 (Application)
1. These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the web service “UCHINOKO” provided by Expark LLC. Users agree to these Terms before using the Service.
2. In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish a privacy policy, guidelines, or other rules related to the Service, which shall constitute part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Description of the Service)
1. The Service analyzes personal information, attribute information, and other information input by users (“User Information”) using AI and provides feedback or suggestions based on the analysis.
2. The content, features, and specifications of the Service may be changed, added, or removed at the Company's discretion.
Article 3 (Handling of Personal Information)
1. The Company appropriately manages User Information (including personal information) in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
2. The Company does not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:
- (1) When required by law
- (2) When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and obtaining consent is difficult
- (3) When outsourcing tasks to contractors bound by confidentiality obligations to the extent necessary for Service operation
3. The Company may use User Information as anonymized statistical data for quality improvement or research and development. Such data will not identify individuals.
Article 4 (Fees, Payment, and Refunds)
1. Use of the Service requires payment of fees specified by the Company. The fee structure and payment methods will be posted on the Company's website.
2. If a user cancels during the contract period due to personal reasons, no refunds will be issued.
3. Only in cases where a serious defect attributable to the Company or prolonged service suspension occurs, and the Company deems it reasonable, may a refund or free extension of use be granted.
Article 5 (Service Suspension)
1. The Company may suspend or interrupt the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to users in the following cases:
- (1) System maintenance, inspection, or updates
- (2) Difficulty in providing the Service due to fire, power outage, natural disaster, or other force majeure
- (3) Service unavailability due to accidents affecting communication lines or servers
- (4) Difficulty in continued operation due to unauthorized use or cyberattacks
- (5) Any other circumstance in which the Company determines that continued operation is difficult
2. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from such suspension or interruption (except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company).
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following activities while using the Service:
- (1) Violating laws or public order and morals
- (2) Infringing upon third-party rights (copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.)
- (3) Inputting false information
- (4) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing the mechanisms of the Service
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
1. Copyrights, trademarks, know-how, and all other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or third parties who have granted rights to the Company.
2. Users may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or otherwise reuse any content from the Service without permission from the Company.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-based analysis results. The results are provided as reference information only, and users must make their own final decisions.
2. The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from user use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. The Company assumes no responsibility for damages arising from specification changes or discontinuation of external APIs or services.
Article 9 (Termination of Contract)
1. If a user violates these Terms, the Company may suspend the Service, suspend the user's account, or terminate the contract without prior notice.
2. Even if termination occurs under this Article, fees already paid will not be refunded.
Article 10 (Amendments to the Terms)
1. The Company may revise these Terms if deemed necessary.
2. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the Company's website. For significant changes, the Company will notify users, but the method of notification is at the Company's discretion.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location as the court of first instance.
